Directions Appointment Call Suggest an Edit
Technician was capable to handle my request. However, making the appointment was not that easy. First, they scheduled an appointment for Saturday between 7:00 am to 10:00 am. The technician never showed up. Neither a text was sent it prior the appointment. I contacted customer service and they said the appointment was rescheduled, but I never got a message or phone call about the the reschedule. Did costumer service really make the appointment? Additionally, I called again & finally the appointment was rescheduled. The reason why I'm given the 5 ⭐ is because the technician addressed the issue.
AJ came to my house this morning and understood the termite problem immediately. He gave me excellent suggestions for solving the problem and I agreed to follow his advice, because I could tell that he knows what he is talking about. I appreciate the fact that Terminix sent a very competent service technician to inspect my house, but I want to add that AJ is not only competent and professional, but even more importantly, he is polite and very friendly. I wish I could give AJ 10 stars in this survey. My overall rating is A+++.
Ravi at Terminix was great! He not only is reliable with our monthly service but when I shared a roach situation we were having in my daughter’s room, he immediately responded and got us on the schedule the following day to fix it. My daughter was so scared to go into her room and his prompt response was a testament to his great service as well as Terminix commitment to keeping our family’s home bug free. We are so grateful.
