Great products that are field tested by charter captains !!
I purchased an item through a retailer on Amazon. The item was initially wrong when we received it, it took about 3 weeks to get the item returned and a new one received. The new item was missing parts from packaging. After another 2 weeks and useless help from the retailer I went to Taco directly.There warranty department was amazingly helpful, kind and addressed the matter without delay. Just another reason to go to the source!
