While many customers appreciate the quality of work and attention to detail, there have been mixed reviews regarding customer service and communication. Some clients have experienced delays in responses and installation updates, particularly concerning back-ordered items. However, others have expressed high satisfaction with the installation process and the overall job quality, emphasizing fair pricing compared to competitors. Overall, Superior Rain Gutters is recognized for its craftsmanship but may need to improve its communication and follow-up with customers.
They were exceptional with me since the first contact. I asked for an estimate and they showed up on the next day. After an assessment, the owner Mr. Christopher, gave me a detailed explanation and the best offered me the best price. The crew led by Mr. Chris himself, showed up on time and executed the job as promised, after the job was finished they cleaned everywhere. I highly recommend them.
I can no longer recommend this business.
Update-we have some issues with our gutters overflowing and after reaching out several times, he responded once and said he’d replace the leaf guards with an upgraded version at no extra cost, but it would take a week to get them. It’s been over a month and we haven’t heard anything more, despite sending additional messages. If I could I would change the rating to 3 stars.
Chris and his son installed gutters and leaf guards. We also ordered and paid for rain chain but were told it was back ordered. When we tried to contact them about when the rain chain would be installed, we got no response from phone, text or email.

I highly recommend this company for gutter installation. I have used them twice, and both times was left impressed by their quality work and attention to detail. The price was also very fair compared to other estimates I received.
