After 20 years of coming here, I’ll never return. After management changes that increased prices by 2.5 times, this establishment has become a joke. Constant issues of burning off buttons on expensive shirts and losing pick up orders. After my order was lost there was zero effort to follow up with me. After almost a week of silence, I show up to check on my lost order only to be told it’s not ready. The owner, Ali, is the biggest joke and is to never best trusted. I will never return here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I have been a loyal customer of Sunset Dry Cleaners, but I am appalled by the service I recently received.

I brought in a linen skirt for cleaning and returned to find it damaged beyond repair. The manager, Raquel, was dismissive and offered a free cleaning—as if that resolved the issue. When I asked to speak with the owner, I was told to come back. Upon meeting Ali, I was shocked at his complete lack of professionalism. He offered no apology, took no responsibility, and told me he didn’t care if I returned as a customer.
