Utterly Disappointed: Avoid at All Costs!

I scheduled an appointment after making a $50 deposit, expecting professional service. Upon arrival, to my dismay, there was absolutely no one present to honor my booking. Attempts to contact the establishment for clarification or to reschedule were met with silence, leaving me out of pocket and utterly disappointed. This experience has been not only a waste of my time but also my money. I strongly advise against booking with this place; it's unreliable and lacks basic courtesy and professionalism. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I recently had an experience with this service provider that I found to be quite unprofessional, and I feel it’s important to share. Initially, I had no issue with the requirement of a $50 deposit. However, communication after booking was significantly lacking. The provided contact numbers were unresponsive, yet I continued to receive automated reminders about the appointment.

Despite these communication issues, I traveled 45 minutes to the appointment location, paid for valet parking, and waited for about 45 minutes, but the individual did not show up. I came to do my eyebrows and had an appointment booked for my retouch. I waited an hour & no one was there in the office. Mind you I live far. No one communicated with me and I kept calling and messaging and I would never get an answer. I got an answer through their Instagram by messaging there I was told AFTER that they weren’t able to do my eyebrows due to some personal matters which I completely understand but then proceed to tell me they’d give me 2 free retouch appointments and half of my money back due to leaving me hanging and my eyebrows having to be done way later than they’re actually supposed to get done.
