My wife’s review :The staff was super nice and attentive. The waiting area needs some spa relaxing sounds. It was completely quiet and felt like a doctors waiting room . The steam room floor was rusty looking and the lights in ladies locker room is motion sensed (we were advised of this) . My friends and I were in the steam room for about 20 min and all the lights turned off . !! Quite scary and not safe as my friend had to leave the steam room all wet in the dark towards the front just so the light would turn on. The music/sounds during my massage were random . The massage was good but if you are looking for a "spa experience" this is not the place. Gratuity of $40 per person (couples massage) was to much and we couldn't use the pool because there was a lot of people.
My experience was mediocre. Confusing entrance, less amenities than expected and the massage was just not good. My shoulder is sore due to excessive pressure and I was not happy with the way things were handled - the entire time the masseuse kept making so much noise getting oil, towels, and whatever else she needed. The music was super random, one relaxing song followed by a lively Spanish guitar song, then relaxing again... it's not my job to tell her to stop making noise, or to play DJ.
