I walked in and the salon was not too busy, I was seated right away. I asked her to do my roots and give me some lowlights. She ended up bleaching my hair and left it on way too long! My hair is orange and I had chocolate brown hair.She did my roots and bleach at the same time so my “lowlights” or rather orange hair starts an inch under my roots!I’m so upset with my hair… I thought of going back and asking them to fix but I know it would be horrible!! Also debated asking for my money back because I am just so disappointed and can’t believe this hideous mess cost $220.

Shannon came in smelling like weed. Cussing in front of little children and Harassing and being horrible towards one of the employees. Don't recommend. Very toxic environmentService: Hair coloring

I have never been able to use this salon because every time I try I could never get a straight answer. For example yesterday I asked if they could do my hair and the lady told me oh I leave at 1:30 I can't and everybody else is busy. I am under the impression that the stylist here don't want to work.
