I highly recommend Smart Start! I was very fortunate to have Nathaniel as a trainer. My puppy is quite large and has a ton of energy. Prior to his training with Nathaniel, he would consistently jump on people, play bite, aggressively pull on his leash, and show behavior that suggested that he thought he was the alpha in the house. Nathaniel has dedicated his entire career to studying and understanding pets, and it shows. He takes an educational approach, and does a great job of showing you how to understand your dog from a psychological standpoint. Once I understood the logic behind my puppy's thinking, I was able to be in control. Not only is my puppy better behaved, but he is much happier; he understands that I know what I am doing and it puts his mind at ease. Oh, and we had tons of fun in the process!
