I absolutely love this place! I’ve been coming to Smart Nutrition every weekday for the past 2 months and I’ve tried almost every flavor on their menu. My favorites for the protein shakes so far are the Cinnamon Roll and Strawberry flavors. As for the teas, the Peach Papaya is my usual go-to! The owner, Macy, is extremely sweet and she always has the best music playing (: Most of her protein shakes are so filling that they act as meal replacements. I also appreciate that she writes the nutritional information on the menu. I’m so glad I found this place, and look forward to seeing how far she takes her business (:
From finding Smart Nutrition on instagram and to meeting Macy in person. She is so amazing and kind, Her knowledge in the health and wellness business is very well versed. She took the time to hear my wants and what I was looking for in a smoothie, and let me ask her as many questions as I wanted. I will definitely be back, Might even stop by on the way home for dinner 🤩 Her smoothies are so delightful and even more is the company!
So delicious! Loved the smoothies, so high in protein and lower calorie. Usually protein smoothies will have a gritty texture but these are so smooth and yummy. Good quality ingredients and felt very welcome. I would come here everyday if I lived close by
