Skanda Yoga Studio is awesome! The vibe is super welcoming from the moment you walk in. The instructors are amazing—they really know their stuff and make sure everyone feels comfortable, no matter your skill level. The studio space is clean and calming, perfect for getting into your practice. I've felt so much better physically and mentally since I started coming here. Definitely check it out if you're into yoga!

The best yoga classes in Miami in my personal experience, I took classes with them about 12 years ago, I returned and I attest to the benefits of yoga and the excellent teachers, especially Sadhana ??? I feel very good . Super recommended

I believe everyone who is interested in yoga should immediately give Skanda Yoga a few tries (and see if it doesn’t become part of you). At Skanda, yoga iterates on the meaning of union. Here, yoga means unity between the breath and body; it’s also the connection between the physical and ephemeral. But, astutely, Skanda unifies the personal conduits of challenge and opportunity, the paths of direction and focus, the states of effort and release, and the goals of energy and balance. The purpose is to evolve into a warrior of body and mind with practice. If you can try it, be ready to experience change and mastery.
