We recently had our AC unit replaced by Simmtegrity Air, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process.

From the initial diagnosis to ordering the equipment, installation, and follow-up, everything was handled seamlessly. They took the time to answer every question we had and made sure we fully understood the process before leaving.

I am so impressed with this company. I had ordered a new air conditioner and while waiting for the unit to arrive, my old air conditioner stopped working. I called the office and explained to Isaac that my 90 yr old mom was in the house and how difficult a situation I was in. He sprang to action and sent someone to my home to see if my old air conditioner could be rescued. It could not but at the same time, he got in his car and picked up the new unit that had arrived and I had a brand new air conditioner the very next day. The customer service, installation and work has been A-1!! Thank you all! Betty Bel
