I had difficulty at tge begining to contact costumer service as my shade were not fonctioning properly but once I got in contact, they came, were super reactive and professional. Now it is working great and I’m super happy. Go for them

I bought motorized shades online from ShadeMonster and I’m really satisfied with my purchase. The shades arrived pre programmed, so I didn’t have to to stress about setting them up. They worked perfectly right out of the box. They feel durable and well made, which I really appreciate. Plus, before making my purchase, I had few questions, so I reached out to their customer service on a Saturday. I was pleasantly surprised when they got back to me right away, talk about great service!
