The ladies at the front desk were really nice and welcoming. Answered any questions I had. I did go in with a Groupon and they didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or treat me any differently.The lady that did my laser was also so nice and welcoming. Also very personable. She made sure I felt comfortable. She was very thorough. Went over everything I needed to know and more. My experience was really nice.Too soon to say anything about my hair removal results but Would recommend and will be going back.

Fantastic experience from pre-registration, to revisit Telehealth visit, to reception, to the technician, and then check out, it all went flawlessly. This is a well-oiled operation, nothing could have been more perfect. Every employee was smiling and professional. They explained everything carefully. I bought an additional 6-month package before leaving from my first visit. Thank you!
