We live in the St Louis area and were flooded by the recent storms. I called the local Servpro office and they sent Servpro of North Miami, Hollywood, Hallandale, & Aventura. I am really glad they did. They called me the next day and said we are in Miami and will travel tomorrow and be at your house the next day. They were. From the moment they walked in to the moment they left 4 days later, it was professional all the way. The crew was professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient. Richard came and looked at the job. He sent Roberto and his crew to do the remediation. They had the damage removed and set the equipment to dry out my house and avoid mold in a few hours. They took care of my house like it was their own. I hope I never need their services again. But if I do, I hope its the Servpro North Miami team that shows up.
Servpro of North Miami are the best. This is my only experience with disaster cleanup companies but they went above and beyond. Richard Millet was at my home within a day or two of calling and was initial responder. David Halabu handled all contacts with me and insurance and corresponded with me regarding further steps. A HUGE thank you to Yanet Marrero and her Honduran crew of 12 men and another young lady who handled the initial demolition of damaged areas and their knowledge of what they could and could not do prior to obtaining insurance approvals which was handled by David. Once approvals were received, Tatiana and her great crew returned to complete removal of cabinets etc. Both crews are well managed and super great workers who are excellent at cleaning up as they go and taking pictures of every step to document. It can be overwhelming speaking with someone from North Miami to do work in Sulphur, La and even more overwhelming when 12 men who speak another language and/or dialect show up to demo your home.
