I love Sephora, and the only reason I'm giving them two stars and not one is because I understand that it's Christmas and they're slammed. But it doesn't give them any help in being totally unhelpful. Makeup is not my forte so every time I buy any make up I need to ask for help about skin tone, what's good for my skin etc but when the employees are more worried about watching out for people shoplifting than they will literally not move from where they're standing to show you the where somthing is, is a little absurd to me, even worse when they literally watch you walk back and forth past the product they recommended about five times without trying to flag someone down...read full review

Nahyr was so amazing with her services, she gave me the best shade match and honest feedback that I hadn't gotten anywhere else. If you need your perfect shade/product, you need to go to her first!! Thank you Nahyr!!

I did not appreciate standing to pay at an empty cash register where the ladies that work there were literally standing at arms length and would not help so I could pay my products. All listening to some perfume presentation. One lady got to the register and simply opened the cash box and closed it without looking at me. Too many people and nobody to help.
