I visited this Sephora location on my actual birthday to redeem the Birthday Gift that Sephora actively promotes as part of its Beauty Insider program. I was informed that no birthday gift was available. No alternative was offered — no digital option, no voucher, no substitute of any kind.
I am a long-time Sephora customer who spends hundreds, and in many years thousands, of dollars annually with this company. What an awesome experience at Sephora @Kendall today! I went to buy just a concealer and ended buying more stuff for my make up!
