In the time that I’ve been here at sculpture fitness my life has changed. Been training with Jose and he is very good. I see a change in my body and also my mental state. All the staff is very welcoming and the instalations are always clean. The environment is very calm and always inviting.

This gym is clean and safe (door has a pass code for members only). Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been training with Raul for over three months and it’s definitely been life-changing. I’ve seen so many changes in my body since I started training with him. Combining his workout routine with the meal plan provided has made it so much easier to reach my goal. Raul is very motivating but can still challenge you! Very thankful for him and honestly the cleanliness of the gym.

Honestly, I read reviews all the time and barely get to post but I had to make some time to talk about how this gym has changed my life. I've done all the typical Miami things. I've joined legacy fit, I joined ClassPass, I do the Miami Run club, I joined Anatomy -I've done multiple meal programs and bought online guides. I've had multiple trainers before. I did that and spent that money. I've even been at sculpture for years while doing all the above - it wasn't until I started actually listening and applying what the trainers at Sculpture told me to my life and taking it seriously - that I started to see changes and apply it to my life and fitness journey.
