I personally know the owner. SHE IS GREAT! Helpful and always willing to help. Pilates is really helping me in my Life and it makes me feel great. I really recommend coming here. You won't find this type of friendliness anywhere else.

Sanctuary 7 is the absolute best Pilates Studio in Miami, if not anywhere . The owner, Nicole, is a master of her craft and intense. She is committed to you reaching your goals. As a competitive cyclist, she has put me back together more times than I wish to remember, but each time better and stronger than before. I can't recommend her enough whether you are an elite athlete or just trying to stay healthy. If you want results she is IT, but be prepared to work because she takes no prisoners....
