Amazing ! I love this salon I come once a month for my root touch ups and blowdry ! And it's always an amazing experience ! Ivette is so professional and caring . Beatriz is very sweet and always very helpful.

I got my hair done recently with Beatriz and it was such a bad hair experience. The lady did not follow through on what I wanted at all and did not seem to know what she was doing at all. I started out with dark brown hair and wanted to transition to light brown at this session. She left the product in way to long and my hair turned out BLONDE. It was all the same length and tone and it didn't look natural at all. I had to go back a few days later so she could fix my crown because it was horrendous. I paid for a blow and style and she did not blow dry or style my hair. On top of that her Instagram pictures do not match up with the end product of how she does hair.
