I am so glad I contacted RTI! I had 3 broken roof tiles and my homeowners insurance was demanding a get them replaced. I originally contacted another company, recommended by a family member. They gave me a quote on the telephone, which I approved and they said they would contact me to come do the repair. Almost 5 weeks later and numerous calls, I decided to find another company. RTI was closed for lunch and I left a voicemail message. Within 30 minutes I received a call. I explained the situation and was told I would receive a formal quote via email.
