So bummed to move out of this place (moving to Tampa). Lived here for 2 years after moving back to Florida from NYC. The Kobi Karp build quality is insanely good. My AC bill was always under $100 and I kept is at 72 the entire time. The view is out of this world. Herman and Max who work up front are like family. If I ever had a problem, they were there within an hour to fix it. They have the best balconies in all of Miami. The pool is lovely. Only thing I would say is the gym kind of sucks, but they do have a sauna, and the street noise from the party crowds on Miami Ave can be a bit much on the weekends.
