Let me start by saying that prior to taking my daughter's phone to Repair 2 Fix I had been turned away from the Apple store because according to them my daughter's iPhone 13, had water damage, so they tried to upsell me instead of changing the battery which is what I brought it in for.
After a 2 hour wait, wirh no resolution I did quite a bit of research and found Repair to Fix. My husband and I were greeted by the owner, Osnel, who couldn't have been more helpful. He explained that there was absolutely no water damage to the phone, and it simply needed a battery replacement which took a very short amount of time to replace. After my phone fell off of a rollercoaster and was completely destroyed, the guys at repair 2 fix were somehow able to help me back everything up and even set up my new phone. Highly recommend.
