Great service! Dropped my computer in the morning and picked it up later in the day. They explained to me about the problem and some recommendations to keep my pc in good condition. Definitely coming back.
What can I say..? Frank is the absolute best. I went to Google and called a few computer repair/sales companies. No one was more helpful and willing to go above and beyond like Frank at Real Tec Media! I initially wanted to upgrade my computer. But Frank showed me better options for a newer computer at an unbeatable price! Way cheaper than I would've spent trying to upgrade my very old computer. I would recommend anyone to him! Very honest and trustworthy. Frank, you're the man!!
Excellent service, they always respond and help with any IT issues I may be facing. I set up a new motherboard and was confused on boot and they were able to assist me right away. Definitely recommend
