I didn’t make an appointment but they accept walk-ins graciously. I got a regular eyebrow wax and Claudin did an amazing job! I didn’t want my eyebrows shaped too thinly and she did a fantastic job making them look full and clean. Next time I come here, I’m asking for Claudin. Her hands are magical
