We are waiting for our roofing job to begin. We paid about 3/4 of the full price. The material was delivered and is sitting on the roof. We text and call and get assurances that they will begin...nothing yet. They had a problem with a trash chute and took it away,2 weeks ago? Robert and Peter were answering texts and calls but now? Nothing. We are not happy. This is a condominium job. Robert let us know. This rating will change....hopefully.
We got a quote from Pro-Form last year for a new metal roof. Robert came out to the property and was very profesional. He explained the proces and we are looking forward to our new roof with them and the Mysafe Florida Program.
Robert and his team delivered exceptional performance. They were very professional and true to their word. They were quick and organized. Pro-form roofing was truly a pleasure to work with. I’m very satisfied and couldn’t be happier with the job they did in my home.
