Robert and Bethany from PW&D are a wonderful team and it was truly a pleasure working with them. They are responsive doing everything they can to get it right. We just had 20+ impact windows and 3 doors installed in less than 7 days and we are very pleased with the outcome. Thanks again Prime team!!

5 Star! I can not say enough about this wonderful company! This is the second house I have had Prime install with impact windows and doors and I could not be happier! Bethany Vaughn is the most knowledgeable sales representative I have ever worked with. She took the time to answer my 2 million questions, listened to my goals and found the best solutions for my family and homes. The owner, Robert, was involved from day one really showing how much he cared for our homes. He also took time to answer my questions and kept me up to date on the entire process from order to final inspection. The installation crew was friendly and they treated my home with the highest respect and care. Our homes look better than ever and I owe it all to Prime Window and Door. Full Disclosure, I sought quotes from 6 different companies before I found Prime. This company was the most honest and the most professional of anyone I encountered in all of Miami!

Best company in town! From the owner to sales rep to install team...everything was fantastic! Our Windows and doors came in on time and were installed right away...very detailed, pleasant and always available to answer any questions or concerns we had...which were many!
