THIS PLACE LIKES TO RACIALLY PROFILE CLIENTS. Instead of offering help on a machine the first question they asked was for a residency. For someone that is LEGAL. Do not recommend this place at all. Horrible service
I absolutely will not ever order parts through this supplier and I would vehemently warn others for doing the same. They shipped the wrong part to me as the part did not fit my machine. When I inquired about returning the part they stated parts are non-returnable and would not offer any resolution to the matter.
Called three days in a row. No answer and left messages for call back. Needed repairs and parts. Went to Discount Lawn Mower repair off Marlin for repair(Super excellent prices and customer was impressive). Parts ordered on Amazon, next day. This place used to be the Cadillac of power equipment repairs and purchases.
