I have an older barrel tile roof towards the end of its life and have had several leaks repaired. Poe roofing is professional, responsive and they go the extra mile to get the job done. For one particular leak, they fixed an area that wasn't originally noticeable from the outside, but certainly added to the scope without charging more. In another, I noticed water coming through the same area after the repair was done, and they came right out to fix it again. When we do get a new roof, we will go with Poe Roofing.
I can’t thank Chalice and POE Roofing enough for their incredible service! I was on a tight timeline with the sale of my condo, and Chalice went above and beyond to walk me through the permit process required by my lender and promptly provide all the documentation I needed. Her communication and timely service made all the difference and allowed me to close on time. I’m truly grateful and highly recommend Chalice and POE Roofing!
Poe Roofing got it done. Gave me a competitive quote. They came out and patched what needed to be patched until the city could provide the permit required. Showed up when they said they would, did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. Can't ask for more than that. Spoke with both Brian and Chalice in the office multiple times and they were both very professional and helpful.
