I had a great experience with PID Flooring. After I made an online sample request from the PID website, Chrystal Burroughs from the Miami office reached out to me. She knew the product lines inside and out, provided helpful guidance on selecting and installing the right flooring, and was very responsive to all of my questions. I also really appreciated her approach—she was informative and supportive without ever being pushy, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and professional. I work for an architect in NYC - Steve Blatz Architect, and I had the pleasure to work with Denise Noguera when I was in rush to find a wood floor for an office project.I demanded a lot, and she fulfilled all my requests! I needed to match certain dimensions, colors, and lead time... Denise worked hard to find a solution for my project! Loved working with her. She is always ready to help you, no matter how difficult the request is. She follows up and make sure you have all the information you need.
