From always receiving a warm and pleasant welcome from Jeanie Lugo at the front desk when arriving, to the caring and empathetic direction shown by my primary therapist, Elvis Rodriguez (supported by the attentive and kind Minerva Calana & Odalys Vazquez), I was so impressed with everyone at the North Miami Branch!
