Best iPest control service! The staff is super friendly & explained everything I needed to know about what was causing all the ants & bugs as well as how to handle if any keep coming up. As a 1st time new customer, I spoke to "Barbie" and she was fabulous! Very personable, knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and very easy to work with from NJ, regarding a termite problem. She scheduled "Ernesto" within a week to come to my condo in Hollywood, Fla. for an inspection & then to return 2 days later to exterminate the entire condo. He explained everything to me over the phone and sent pictures before I gave him the OK to do what needed to be done. My tenant told me he was very professional, knowledgeable & thorough. This company came recommended from the nextdoor app. What a fantastic experience using their services. We had a bad black ant problem, then the roaches started having parties in the kitchen drawers. It was time for action. I called iPest, and Barbie answered my call like in half a ring. With my address, she was able to provide a quote within a minute. Barbie is an absolute pleasure to talk to. She seemed genuine about helping solve our problem. The tech that came is the utter definition of professional. He was very thorough, he sprayed in places I didn't know had places.
