DO NOT USE: Wednesday the 23rd I called in the early afternoon detailing a leak to Ray in my master bath. I described the problem, he gave me a quote and with bold assurance told me he had many years of experience and can fix it. He told me he would call the next morning at 7:30 to confirm the schedule but would probably be to me by around 9am. The next morning he didn't call or show and finally called me after I texted and called two times to tell me he had a family issue and a journeyman would be to my house by 1pm. (I took his word) No one ever showed or called. He just ghosted me with the water to my house shut off and the holiday approaching. I still havent gotten a call back and its 4 days later. Luckily I am handy and with some help from a neighbor I fixed the issue myself with some new PVC and two new valves. No thanks to OSteen plumbing for leaving me "High and Dry!" NOT RECOMMENDED, DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU ENJOY GETTING SCRWD OVER!

Did a great job for our apartment buildings, we had a major clog issue all the time, we spent thousands on novice plumbers, Osteen spent a full half day and corrected the problem, they stay on it until Osteen (the boss) is satisfied that the problem was solved. He smoke tested the lines, and found a missing cap that allowed dirt in the line.The total charge was less than 750......I would have gladly paid 2x the amount.Great work guys!Marvin M

I have a leaking toilet to fix. The company sent an apprentice named John who had no license and knew nothing about plumbing. He made tens of calls, and did every step based on what he was told in the phone. This guy spent six hours, used parts I bought without my permission, and made the leaking even worse. I called the company tens of times asking to fix the problem. Everytime I was told tomorrow, and then there's no show. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
