BEYOND terrible. We ordered $40k+ worth of wood flooring with them a year in advanced (and paid 100% in advanced). The flooring arrived weeks late, no one bothered to let us know that their factory was having issues which they claimed caused the delay. When we finally received the product it was defective; after several weeks they send new wood and again it was defective. I have lost faith in their product and would like to return it and buy new wood so i can move into my house but now they are being completely unresponsive. So sad because the sample wood we got was beautiful but seems like their production is suffering and customer service is non existent.
