My review is supporting another review here where the company informed me they would call 30 minutes before to hand me the keys and then didn't make contact until after the house was cleared. The key was taped to the back of a paper with a notice that read 2 hours before the house was cleared (no one has confirmed the person walking through my home 2 hours later was indeed a company rep). It was a company that was contracted out which I was okay with. The manager at Orkin's regional office said this was their protocol which was not what I was told by both the contracted company and the Orkin rep themselves. Be careful. So unprofessional their service. First of all I was lied to when at the initial meeting for termite fumigation I was told that they had their own tents. The day of fumigation you realize Orkin contracts out that service. The time of having the tent on your property is not 24 hours. They don't call you the day they are removing the tent so you don't really know how many hours it was in place. And last but not least I was told that when the clearance would take place that they the person would call half an hour before to personally give me the keys. Desastroso el resultado de pagar por una cobertura contra termitas a esta compañía Orkin , me estafaron mi dinero pues después de 3 años de tratamientos la estructura de la vivienda está destruida por termitas , según el último inspector desde hace más de 3 años hay más de un tipo de termitas perjudicando mi propiedad y se an hacho más de 4 inspecciones de nada sirvieron , el contrato solo incluye un tipo de termita , es un desastre y una estafa
