Terrible service. we decided to do work with Ronald as he offered a very competitive price. promised to complete job within two weeks by mid November . on the day of the scheduled installation he had us waiting from
8am to show up at 3 pm with a missing piece of fence. He claimed we had given the incorrect measurements. He has supposedly visited the site and measured himself which was apparently a lie. The missing piece had to be reproduced which then took another two weeks to complete . we paid 70% up front which was a huge mistake . He loved to steal people money and give the wrong permit to the wrong people I I will call the county and report the company he gave a lot of customers fake permit papers does company will shut down soon he's always doing crack in the warehouse his bad business

This Mr. Nova who is the owner has no idea what customer service is, he gave me a price and when I hired the job he told me it was 350 dollars more, I tried to have a conversation and he was totally rude and disrespectful, I had to do the job out of necessity but I do not recommend it at all, the most positive thing for a company is to learn how to treat its customers and this man has no idea what that means.Service: Aluminum fence installation
