The worst experience. Norway Builders left us with a big problem with Miami-Dade over an expired permit they never closed. We reached out in every way possible, but they ignored all our calls and emails. We’ve had to pay countless penalty fees, we even received a 10k bill from Miami-Dade! all because they forgot to close a swimming pool permit. We asked them to help us resolve it, but they never responded.
