The nail place is cozy & atmosphere is peaceful. Norma is typically my nail tech and she is absolutely amazing! The rest of the staff is great too. Recently I got my car accidentally towed and the store owners handled the situation very professionally which I really appreciated. My only recommendation would be to have a system/structure so customer vehicles aren't wrongly towed away, it is not so much the $$ - towing companies damage vehicles and it is a huge inconvenience- however 5 stars for all parties handling everything amicably, I highly recommend this place! BEST NAIL SALON IN MIAMI!!!! They literally never miss and always have the best hospitality. Jillian is insanely talented and can literally execute anything you could possibly ask for on your nails. They’re never thick and always shaped perfectly. I moved out of the area and will always go out of the way to come here no matter what.
