For a custom home build in Miami, I certainly shopped around. A friend from church in Fort Lauderdale told me about Chapter. I'm not good with computers, but I called them up. They gave me a fair quote, much better than some of the others. The high-end construction they did on my kitchen is truly something to behold. They paid attention to every little detail, even the fancy new sink. Very happy with their work.
Nicolas did an amazing job on my ceiling, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. He was also very accommodating with my schedule and worked around the times I was available to let him in.
I also hired him to do some work at my shop, where he filled a concrete opening in an exterior wall and matched the texture perfectly. His attention to detail really shows in the finished work.
I would highly recommend NE First Class—you will be very pleased with the results. Nicolas was professional in every aspect of the job. As expected with a project like mine, there was some typical construction dust, but the quality of the final result far outweighed any minor inconvenience.

Love Chapter. Used them like three times for my rental properties in Miami. First, a leaky roof fix, then a kitchen renovation at my Miami Beach place. Always quick. They even gave me a good price. They know what they are doing. Need an affordable General contractor Miami and these guys are it. My newest tenant wanted new flooring in the bedroom.
