For a custom home build in Miami, I certainly shopped around. A friend from church in Fort Lauderdale told me about Chapter. I'm not good with computers, but I called them up. They gave me a fair quote, much better than some of the others. The high-end construction they did on my kitchen is truly something to behold. They paid attention to every little detail, even the fancy new sink. Very happy with their work.
Love Chapter. Used them like three times for my rental properties in Miami. First, a leaky roof fix, then a kitchen renovation at my Miami Beach place. Always quick. They even gave me a good price. They know what they are doing. Need an affordable General contractor Miami and these guys are it. My newest tenant wanted new flooring in the bedroom.
Second time using them and Chapter is still the real deal. My realtor suggested them years ago for a small kitchen fix-up, and just recently I needed a bigger renovation for my guest bathroom. Finding the best General contractor near Miami isn't always easy, especially for someone like me who doesn't quite get all this newfangled internet stuff. But Chapter's team was so patient and explained everything clearly. They even worked around my cat, Mittens, who is quite the curious one! Really appreciate their attention to detail. Definitely recommend to anyone in Miami looking for good, honest work.
