the worst cleaner ever. they mistreat you at reception, they shrink your clothes and then they infer you are an idiot cause that fabric "doesnt shrink" . the owner is MIA. never there . they will keep your money and will not fix the clothes. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude. You get there and she is seating at the desk and she will let you know with her look that you are bothering her.This place should not be in business.

Owner is incredibly rude and has no customer service skills.My 16 year old daughter who does not speak Spanish went to have some pants hemmed for work. The pants came back much longer than we expected so much so that the pants drag on the floor over her shoes. I went back with the pants and asked if they could be adjusted as a courtesy since they were left so long. The owner said that my daughter must have agreed to the length because the seamstress would have asked her questions. I reminded him that my daughter does not speak Spanish and would not have understood the lady. I have been coming her for about 3 years. The service has definitely gone down. Today when I picked up my dry cleaning there was no one at reception. I waited alone for about 3 minutes before the new girl decided to stroll on in. No good afternoon, no sorry you were kept waiting, just a very sour expression. I spoke to her in English and she straight up refused to say one word. Not even "sorry, no speeky English ", just the same sour expression. Listen, this service isn't free, I expect a modicum of manners. Not to mention this girl had taken my clothes four days before and put down the wrong number of items on the ticket. I wanted to clarify that it was 4 items not 5 and her response was "Trenti tres con seis" ($33.06). When she handed me the receipt it was illegible because the machine needs toner. There better not be a discrepancy on my bank statement. Sorry, this is the last time. It's a shame because the place used to be good.
