I recommend this place for surgery. I am so in love with my results. I give 4.5 stars for the services I received! But communication is HORRIBLE!!! it has been over a month since I received my surgery and I have called almost every day to get my before and after photos sent to me. At first they were saying they’re sending them. Then they said the “photos weren’t ready” whatever that means. Then they said they’re trying to get in contact with the woman who does the social media. And now they won’t even answer the phone for me. Which is so unprofessional. I know they have my photos because at my last appointment the woman who does the social media SHOWED ME my photos, and saved my number in her phone and said she was sending them to me. And still OVER A MONTH and I still do not have my photos.
