The worst customer experience in my life! They are liars and treat you bad, after you pay it’s a nightmare. They are supposed to be a luxury brand and their personnel are the most horrible kind of people. Never buy anything there.

1st time in this store and was pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly customer service. They have a wide variety of beautiful pens and writing utensils for people who enjoy fine Instruments or calligraphy . Would recommend a stop in , if in the area.

I had a layover and thought I would pick up a new Meisterstück pen. I had to leave when the gentleman working there didn’t know what a nib was on a fountain pen or tell me the differences between the different Meisterstück models.
