they live up to their name. allstate called them for a tow on my behalf. they did NOT answer any calls, or texts. the lied on app about being on site.a customer's time is valuable. have the decency to provide the customer service you'd like to receive.
If I could give them a 0 star I would. They said they will be around 12-12:20 pm, My insurance dispatcher call me to let me know that the tow truck driver said that I called and cancelled. I did not do such thing at all. They don't show up and lied. I do not know why insurers use this company.
I tried to get a tow through OnStar and they picked this lowest bidder company. I was provided an eta and received messages that they were on their way. After going past the eta I responded to the message. 1 minute eta. 20 minutes later, 1 minute eta.. After an hour I call the actual company and they have no record of a request.I contact OnStar and they reach out to MIA and get a 20 minute eta. 45 minutes later I call again.. 20 minute eta. I can’t blame OnStar, but MIA is to be avoided at all costs.
