I don’t usually write reviews, but this one felt necessary.

As a customer, there are only one or two ways a store can win me over: either unbeatable prices or a genuinely good experience. With Amazon just a click away, it's easier than ever to avoid brick-and-mortar stores altogether. But Micro Center Miami won me on experience.

WOW!
I’ve never experienced the same or better level of customer service from ANY other retail store. I was mesmerized by how much these amazing associates go above and beyond to get you what you need. It’s tremendously comforting to not feel that you’re being oversold or pressured into buying anything. I feel bad for Best Buy with this level of competition in town, but it’s safe to say that I’ll probably never go to Best Buy again thanks to Micro Center.

I had an absolutely PHENOMENAL experience at microcenter. I recently went to buy the parts for my first custom gaming pc and the experience couldn't have been more smooth and professional. Sales Associate Daniel Picot did an amazing job of guiding me through the process of choosing each component and the price to performance of the components i was buying. I would recommend this location 1000000% and the sales team is absolutely phenomenal at their job, couldn't be more satisfied with my visit and purchase. And as for the performance of the pc, it is outstanding, all of the parts work perfectly and had no trouble building and assembling on my own. 10/10 will... read full review
