I came in on a day pass during my trip, and I loved it! Great environment. Leo was the staff member who helped me set up, and made sure all my questions were answered and advise me on what machines to use based on the work out I wanted to do. Definitely made the experience 10 times better. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Miami.

The atmosphere at this gym is incredible, and the machines hit all the right spots. I went to this gym for summer before returning to college, and it’s by far the best experience I’ve had.

Miami Strong is the BEST gym in Brickell, Edge Water, and Wyndoow area. The staff and specially personal trainers are some of the best in the industry. The gym is clean, machines are perfect and well maintained, classes are fun, and the park right in front of they gym adds something special.. Great morning views, runs by the ocean once you are done with your work out, an amazing atmosphere. Love it, love it.
