Amazing experience, office staff was polite and knowledgeable. Plumber arrived at the appointment window time, my whole house was clogged and they were able to resolve the issue when two other plumbing companies could not. Jalen in the office is very polite and knew how to address all my concerns. The plumber that was sent to resolve my clogg knew exactly what he was doing and put me at easy. very happy and excited they where able to resolve what 2 other plumbing companies could not! will definitely recommend !
I am so thankful for Miami Shores Plumbing and I definitely recommend them if you need an honest and above and beyond plumber.I had a leak in my guest shower. We had one misunderstanding about product availability, but when I raised my concerns with them, they responded very quickly and made sure I was 100% satisfied at the end.Thank you to Enrique (plumber) and Stephanie for your hard work and fantastic customer server.
Family members have always used them so I finally gave it a try. What a great overall professional experience! Supervisor and estimator, Jose, appeared when he promised and impressed us immediately with his knowledge and enthusiasm to work on an older property. He provided a detailed and reasonable estimate, with multiple options. The work was scheduled, he called day before to confirm, and showed up exactly when expected with a crew of hardworking, respectful gentlemen. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
