Great mortgage brokers to know if you need a loan handled fast! I initially had another lender out of state who was a nice guy, but after 6 weeks he couldn't get me closed and I was running out of time. I spoke with Miami Mortgage Brokers for 10 minutes who assured me that they knew exactly what was going on, and they just took care of everything. I wish I had gone with them from the start because Mike and Caroline are a fantastic team. In the end, they got my first mortgage over the finish line when I needed it and with a good rate. Miami Mortgage Brokers was very efficient when helping us secure the mortgage needed to buy our first home here in Miami. Even though the market is kind of crazy right now, Mike did everything he could to get us the best interest rate possible and even managed to shave a few points off for us, and when it was time to lock everything in, he handled it amazingly.
