Our AC chose to die in June and we originally called a different company that came out and said what needed to be done and they would give us a quote same day. 3 days later still hadn't heard back from them. I saw the reviews of Melcon and called and they came out immediately and gave us a price the same day. They had to replace the system and they fixed the improper installation of a prior company that led to the demise of our system. The next morning they came and worked tirelessly to complete the job in one day. They are professional, polite and dedicated.
