I had heard horror stories about home renovation projects. Hiring McKenzie was the best decision we could have made. They made the process seamless. We had a very tight deadline to meet but the McKenzie team was able to get it done right on time! Everyone we worked with from the Owner, Project Management Team to Superintendent were wonderful. Tough to find a decent contractor in Miami that cares as much about aesthetics as I do. We had to gut our bathroom to take care of an old leak that had rotted out the beams below. McKenzie was just really good at communicating what needed to be done, and what didn't need to be done. And once the beams were in order, they were just really easy to work with on layout and materials we wanted in the new bathroom. Project took a bit longer than expected, but it's quite beautiful, and just feels solid, the way you want your home to feel.
