I've ordered from Max Beauty in the past and recently placed an order. My order date was the 14th and came in today the 23rd. The reviews had me a little nervous about the delayed shipping however I feel like the order came within a reasonable time. The products smell amazing and I'm looking forward to trying out the oil. I've been using Max Beauty skincare Products since like 2020. Her beautybar soap to be exact. The only thing I used and it has cleared my skin , lightened dark spots and gave me a smooth natural glow. 1000/10. She is a hairstylist so she is super busy . On top of running multiple businesses she does an amazing job delivering if you ask me. Just pull up to the shop during business hours and she'll be there to assist you.
Products are great. My girlfriend orders for both of us but we recently stopped because customer service is poor. We waited over a month for our order...limited communication and when we requested it be canceled the order was still shipped despite being over a month late.
