Let the photos posted with this do all the talking. Ruthy Rosario did an amazing job taking me from dark dyed hair to blonde in one sitting. Granted I was there all day but the results were tremendously worth it. She knew how to get me to where I wanted to be, and was able to fix the botched job I had done to them. She was very down to earth and friendly and it made the experience that much more enjoyable. 3 months in and my hair still looks great. Also the price was incredibly affordable. Everyone else I had consulted for this job wanted to charge me 450+ due to the length of my hair and what I wanted done. Ruthy's prices are phenomenal for the work she does.
